Terms of Service, Privacy, and Refund Policy

These terms govern purchases, wallet balance usage, software access, and currency-related transactions on Smugden.

1. Terms of Service

By using Smugden, creating an account, adding wallet balance, or placing any order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for providing accurate order details, account security, and compliance with local law in your region.

2. Wallet Balance and Payments

Smugden processes purchases through internal wallet balance. Users must top up balance before checkout. Payment gateways may have additional verification requirements.

  • Orders are processed only after sufficient wallet balance is available.
  • Pending top-up transactions are not treated as available balance until approved.
  • Chargebacks, disputed payments, or fraud flags may lead to order hold, cancellation, or account suspension.

3. Refund Policy

Refund decisions are based on product type, delivery state, and objective service outcome.

3.1 Software Products

  • After a software key or license has been delivered and used, refund is generally not available.
  • If a software product does not work as advertised, user must provide evidence and allow a support diagnosis window.
  • If the issue is confirmed as service-side and unresolved, replacement or refund may be approved.
  • User-side misconfiguration, unsupported environment, or policy violations are not refundable cases.

3.2 Game Currency and Digital Assets

  • Completed and correctly delivered currency transfers are final.
  • Refund may be reviewed only for undelivered, provably incorrect, or failed transactions caused by platform error.
  • Market volatility, external game restrictions, or account limitations may affect delivery timing and are not automatic refund grounds.

3.3 Abuse and Risk Control

Smugden reserves the right to reject refund requests linked to abuse, false claims, fraud attempts, chargeback misuse, or violations of platform rules.

4. Delivery, Risk, and Order Status

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to stock, verification, maintenance windows, or third-party dependencies. Order statuses (pending, processing, completed, cancelled) are tracked in your account panel.

5. Privacy Policy

Smugden stores only data needed for account access, order execution, support, compliance, and security.

  • Account data: email, profile metadata, and authentication identifiers.
  • Transaction data: order history, wallet transactions, support notes, and payment status.
  • Technical data: logs needed for anti-fraud, diagnostics, and service quality.

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only with processors required for payment, hosting, and lawful compliance.

6. Cookies Policy

Cookies and similar storage methods are used for session continuity, language preferences, cart state, and security checks. Disabling essential cookies may reduce platform functionality.
